Bring your babies, toddlers and preschoolers and join other caregivers for a time of easy exercise and friendship for both kids and adults.

Join us for some morning exercise as we walk in groups outdoors in our large parking lot or indoors in our gym in bad weather. Pack your stroller and bring a snack for yourself and your little ones. We’ll let them play afterwards while the adults get a chance to share joys, challenges, and build friendships. We close in prayer for one another. Come try it out, come when you can.
