March 16: Join in the family fun from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Winter Festival & Kids Fair held at the 330 Windsor Avenue Community Center.
Enjoy carnival games, crafts, music, professional face painting and a bounce-house! Food and snacks will be available for sale. This event is created and run by the high school youth of the Windsor Youth Services Bureau to provide a fun-filled, affordable evening for families to shake off the winter blues. There is no snow date. A donation to the Windsor Food Bank serves as an admission fee. 860-285-1990.
