Making plans for the holidays? Save Dec. 6th for the 2019 City of Chicopee Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony!
Presented by Mayor Richard J. Kos office this beloved city tradition features musical performances and the official lighting of the City’s Christmas Tree on Market Square Island.
Warm up with complimentary hot chocolate, soup, treats and cookies as you listen to classic holiday music and or watch a live performance. Children will enjoy holiday crafts and Santa Claus will make a special guest appearance along with Mayor Richard J. Kos on the Classic Red Firetruck! All kids or families are welcome to take a photo with Santa after the ceremony or with a couple of our other friends from up North that are visiting.
