Diabetes Help for the Holidays in Springfield

We will be presenting some helpful tips to the community in general that can assist those with diabetes by lowering sugar, carbohydrates in holiday dinners. Please join us if you have diabetes, have a loved one with diabetes or are someone are preparing a meal for guests with diabetes.
