Resources for parents with anxious children by Michelle Murray LMHC

Childmind.org has a number of general articles and ones specific to COVID-19 to help with parenting children with anxiety, strategies to help children with autism and ADHD cope with COVID-19, how to manage melt-downs, dealing with loss, and ways to prevent passing your own anxiety onto your kids.  These are available in Spanish as well.
