Sento Mixed Martial Arts in West Springfield is hosting a Family Ministry & Mixed Martial Arts Network Event! This free event, Saturday June 22 from 11:30am-1:15pm will feature a ministry message, worship, and practical defense skills. It's open to adults as well as kids age 4 and older. And there will be a focus on families functioning as a team from a safety perspective. Sessions will also be offered at this event that people of all skill levels will be able to do.
