Our Spooktacular promises safe trick o' treating, hot dogs served with a side of Chicopee Fresh (if you dare), spine-tingling dance performances that'll make your bones rattle, ghoulishly good music, appearances by our beloved City Councilors, the spine-tingling Book Mobile, eerie encounters with ChicopeeTV, and even brave visits from the Fire Department and the Police Department!
