Held at School Street Park in Agawam, SummerFest begins on July 10 and continues on Wednesdays until August 21. All SummerFest events are free and begin at 7 p.m. SummerFest shows are cancelled in the event of rain. Call 413-821-0514 after 2 p.m. to learn if show is cancelled.
Wednesday, July 10th – SIMPLY SWING. Legendary swingin’ hits from the Big Band era!
Wednesday, July 17th – PANDEMONIUM. From New Pop, Top 40, Disco, Oldies and Modern Country, to 80’s, and hip-hop mashups — this band does it all!
Wednesday, July 24th – POP ROCKS. Dance party fever – ROCK ON!
Wednesday, July 31st – ISLAND CASTAWAYS. New England’s premier Trop Rock band!
TUESDAY, August 6th – National Night Out – performing: OFF THE RECORD. PLEASE NOTE: Alternate DAY — This event will be presented one day earlier than usual, as part of the “National Night Out” celebration (starting at 5 PM): Fun for the entire family including food, child safety kits, dance presentations, police K9, Jaws of Life and fire demonstrations, home security info, puppet shows, face painting, and much more.
Wednesday, August 14th – BENNIE & THE JETS. Elton John tribute band, rockin’ the night away in Agawam
Wednesday, August 21st – KIX 100.9 COUNTRY MUSIC NIGHT! A SummerFest-ending Country Music bash, + the double Grand Prize raffle drawing! This year’s artists: Morgan Evans – (Headlining the night).
Officially located at 511 School Street (at River Road) in Agawam, the park may also be entered via Corey Street or River Road. The Water Spray Park and Concession Pavilion are both adjacent to the Corey Street parking area.
