The annual Tree Lighting and Parade of Lights will be on December 7th, beginning with free rides, ornament decorating, and balloon artists at 3pm at the Merry-Go-Round. That will be followed by music, refreshments, and holiday characters at City Hall beginning at 5pm. The lighting and parade will be at 6pm.
