Join us for Our First Virtual 5k The Shamrock Shuffle!
Starting on March 13th and ending March 21st; you can run, walk, bike, crawl or shuffle your way through our 5k. You choose the time, the place and the pace! Proceeds from the 5k will help send kids from Springfield to Saranac Village, to experience "The best week of their lives!"
How it works:
1. Sign up yourself or sponsor a runner

2. Follow us on Instagram and like us on Facebook @younglifespringfield

3.Register before March 1st and we will send you an official shirt to run in

4. *Run 5k (3.12 miles) with your official Shamrock Shuffle T-Shirt any time or day from March 13th-March 21st

5. Snap a picture and tag us @younglifespringfield or use #SpringfieldShamrockShuffle. Don't have social media? Email us your photos @younglifespfld@gmail.com

6. Watch our social media for other participants posts

7. Have fun and be safe!
