The Scantic Valley YMCA in Wilbraham is enrolling for the Baystate MIGHTY Program. The MIGHTY Program is a free weight management program where youth and their families learn about healthy eating, building healthy habits, and exercise. The program is supported, in part, by a generous grant from Kohl’s Cares. Enrollment is now open for youth in grade levels 5-8. Classes will meet Tuesdays, starting this spring. Call before April 10th to reserve your child’s spot; space is limited. Contact Dawn at 413-596-2749 x3107 to see if your child qualifies or for more information.
