Come join expert fishing instructors and learn how to get started fishing safely, legally, and successfully! The CARE program supplies all bait, tackle, and instruction. All participants ages 16 and above MUST have a valid 2023 inland fishing license. Anglers under 16 are encouraged to register for a free Youth Fishing Passport.
