Halloween Pumpkin Picnic - Agawam, MA

Please join us for a Halloween Pumpkin Picnic! We will be gathering at School Street Park on the lawn in front of the band stand. Bring your favorite Halloween themed stuffed animal, your special pumpkin, or anything else you'd like to celebrate with. Please bring your own blanket to sit on, and a snack for yourself and your Halloween friend. COSTUMES ENCOURAGED! PLEASE WEAR YOUR HALLOWEEN COSTUME! We will lead you and your best stuffed friend in songs, dances and stories. All humans and pumpkins must stay on their own blanket during the program. Masks are required to be worn by all participants during sign-in and may be removed once you are seated on your blanket. Hand sanitizer will be available. Please do not consider your child or bear registered until you receive confirmation from us. REGISTRATION REQUIRED by emailing vsmart@agawamed.org or by using DM on this Facebook page.
PLEASE NOTE: If we need to cancel due to weather, this program will be held virtually. If the weather is uncertain, we will decide by 8:30 a.m. the day of the class whether to meet in person or virtually. If we need to meet virtually, a Zoom link invite will be send to you by 9:00 a.m. the day of the program.
ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES: We understand these are uncertain times and sometimes you just cannot make it out to play with us. If that happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We have strict registration numbers that we need to adhere to and we nearly always have a waiting list for our programs. If you no-show, you are taking a spot from somebody who would like to come in your place. Please let us know via DM or email if you need to cancel your registration. THANK YOU!
