On July 4th, Star Spangled Springfield will be back in Riverfront Park. Star Spangled Springfield celebrates Independence Day with family-friendly entertainment and a dazzling fireworks display.

Before the fireworks are launched into the night sky from the Memorial Bridge on Friday, July 4th, there will be tasty treats and scrumptious snacks to enjoy at Star Spangled Springfield in Riverfront Park. Starting at 6pm, Elegant Affairs will be grilling the hot dogs, hamburgers, and grinders. Anna’s Fried Dough will have sauce and sugar for the fried dough. Mathis’ Munchies will be mixing up walking tacos, kabobs, and more. Batch Ice Cream will cool it all down with a cup or a cone.

Beer, wine, soda, and water will also be available.

The July 4th festivities, sponsored by MassMutual, will also include a musical performance by Maxxtone, face painting, balloon artist, splash pad, and will culminate with an incredible fireworks display at 9:30pm.
