Zoom Faith Based Mental Health Support Group. This group is a nondomination group and all are welcome. The group is held every Thursday 8pm est/7pm cst
Being able do the group by zoom we are blessed to have members from all over the country attend. This group is designed to support, uplift and be there for individuals on the journey of mental health, for anyone that has a loved one or is a caregiver to someone a mental health diagnosis.
The last Thursday of the month is our grief discussion night. As grief can come in many forms this will help talk and discuss many topics.
